What happened?
Return to the moments you chose to record.
- 2
What seemed to help?
Keep observations distinct from assumptions.
- 3
What remains unclear?
Leave room for missing context and corrections.

What comes next?
Continue, adapt or stop a practice.
Make room for what matters.
Notice how you feel. Give a recurring thought somewhere to go. Choose one small step, then return to see what helped.
A little less noise. One intentional step.
For everyday reflection. Android. Guide is AI and can be mistaken; Syntropy does not provide therapy or diagnosis.
A small step you can return to
Start where you are. An assessment is optional, and you can go straight to a reflection.
- 1
Check in
Record mood, energy and focus, or skip the check-in when writing feels more useful.
- 2
Keep a reflection
Write with a prompt and find the saved entry in your journal. Guide access is off by default for a new reflection.
- 3
Talk with Guide
Choose which context it may use. Inspect what informed a reply and correct an interpretation that does not fit.
- 4
Try one practice
Choose a manageable action, then record how it went. An outcome is an observation, not proof of cause.
- 5
Return to your week
Use Patterns and a weekly review to decide what to continue, adapt or stop.
An assessment is a starting point
Horizon offers the ten-item TIPI as a brief self-report of broad personality traits. Results include scoring information and limitations. A short questionnaire cannot capture a whole person or diagnose a condition.
| Available context | How to read it |
|---|---|
| Ten-Item Personality Inventory (TIPI) | Ten self-report items. Broad trait estimates with limited precision; no invented percentile or personality type. |
| Earlier assessment results | Preserved as historical records. Earlier forms are not represented as newly validated Horizon assessments. |
Context you choose. A conversation you can question.
Guide can draw on permitted reflections, check-ins and assessment context. You can inspect its sources and withdraw permission for future retrieval.
Withdrawing a source does not erase earlier conversations. Guide can misunderstand or make mistakes; its suggestions are for reflection, not professional care.
The following conversation is an illustration, not a promise of a particular response or result.
Your journal stays yours
Saving a reflection does not automatically give Guide permission to use it. Optional usage analytics is a separate choice and does not send your journal text or assessment answers as event properties.

- Review pending offline saves and resolve conflicting edits.
A clearer picture, over time
Patterns brings your check-ins, practices and weekly reviews together. A few observations can raise a question; they cannot establish cause.
Existing assessment history and purchased report access are preserved. Horizon does not sell or generate a new Blueprint report.

Questions
Does Guide read every journal entry?
No. New reflections are private from Guide by default. You choose permitted context. Changing permission excludes a source from future retrieval, but does not erase earlier replies.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Google Play shows your recurring monthly price before purchase. Manage cancellation and restore through the app and Google Play. Cancellation preserves the remaining paid period. Refund eligibility follows Google Play’s refund policy.
Can I export or delete my account?
Use the account privacy controls to export supported account records or request deletion. Unsynced drafts, stored media and provider or backup copies have separate limits explained in the privacy policy. If you cannot access the app, contact support; we must verify account ownership before acting.
Is Syntropy therapy?
No. Syntropy supports everyday reflection. Guide is AI, not a clinician, and the app does not diagnose or provide monitored emergency support. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services and someone nearby who can support you.
Is there an iPhone version?
The current app is for Android. No iPhone release date is promised.
